Job Summary:

We are currently looking for Account Executive Support to join our team due to rapid expansion.

PharmiWeb Solutions is a rapidly expanding, buzzy, entrepreneurial business.  We deliver fully managed multichannel digital programmes to the global life sciences sector, with an installed base spanning over 60 countries.

We are now looking for a self- motivated Account Executive with strong administration skills, ability to multi–task with a love for Digital trends to support our account management team and to ensure the general smooth running of key customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep the client happy, well informed and tackle issues proactively before they can develop into problems
  • Provide timely, accurate client documentation and correspondence
  • Support the Account Management team with on-going client relationship management
  • Managing sales opportunities in Salesforce
  • Maintaining financial spreadsheets that are circulated to the client
  • Supporting day to day commercial operations and processes
  • Assist in creating opportunities for new products & services
  • Conduct preliminary market research (brand profiling, landscape analysis, therapy area developments, competitor market performance/financials, digital trends)
  • Represent our culture and values to the outside world
  • Convey credibility and maintain a positive, professional image
  • Assist the wider team with monthly forecast updates
  • Build and sustain lasting relationships with business partners / colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: 

  • Degree in  a related discipline or qualified by experience
  • Digitally Fluent – desire to monitor and understand digital trends (e.g. multichannel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, enthusiastic and engaging
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and tenacity
  • Ability to work effectively as a team
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks through use of effective time management
  • A desire to deliver on time, on budget and on brief
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

Proficiency in a second European language
