April K. Gledhill Joins Sovereign Health as the New Revenue Cycle Management Director

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sovereign Health, a leading national provider of behavioral health treatment services, has named April K. Gledhill as the new Revenue Cycle Management Director. Ms. Gledhill will be managing Sovereign's claims processing, payment and revenue generation. The entire health care revenue cycle process includes everything from determining patient eligibility, collecting co-pays, coding claims correctly, tracking claims, collecting payments and following up on denied claims.

Ms. Gledhill received her undergraduate degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California. Prior to her time at Sovereign, Gledhill was the Corporate Business Office Director at Acadia Healthcare, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, where she managed billings across multiple corporate business offices. Gledhill has a proven track record of improving revenue cycle operations and is proud to bring her skills to Sovereign Health.
