The office will provide business and technical support for prospective and current customers in the region.
The new operation will be led by Dr Klaus Rafeiner. Klaus brings considerable technical experience in software for life science, particularly enterprise software used in Biological and Chemical Research and Development. Klaus has been a consultant on the optimisation of business processes in R&D for several years and has gained a detailed knowledge of the specific requirements of the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.

Dr Rafeiner obtained his Doctorate in Chemistry from the Technical University in Munich (Prof. Gasteiger). Dr Rafeiner has many years of experience working in the scientific informatics industry, having held increasingly senior positions.
