As Director, Business Development in our Early Stage Group, Anapharm, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing quotes and contracts leading the bid defense process, and presenting and promoting services by attending conferences, meetings and tradeshows. In this position you will also analyze the market, present sales forecasts annually and quarterly, present the bioanalytical and/or clinical research market situation in terms of services and costs, develop the sales territory and maintain the sales database.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferably in science or business, considerable demonstrated business success in early stage business development in a CRO. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must along with the ability to travel approximately 60%. This position could be based in any one of our European offices and will offer a base salary plus commission.
