THE POSITION
As the Medical Writer, you will be tasked with some of the more technically challenging projects in the agency, offering specialist support and advice to creative teams and account handlers. You will be responsible for discovering, researching and analysing relevant clinical data and distilling this information into key messages. Working alone or as part of a Creative team, you will produce original, effective communications that demand a high level of scientific/medical knowledge, adapting your style of writing to suit the target audience as appropriate. Alongside an exceptional attention to detail, you will be fully aware of ABPI requirements and how these apply to different materials.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry
• A life science or medical degree (a Masters or PhD is desirable)
• Highly analytical and tenacious mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to distil complex data into comprehensible messages
• Solid understanding of regulatory processes and requirements
