SEC Pharma is currently recruiting for a newly opened Start Up Specialist (Site Contracts) position for a prestigious global pharmaceutical company. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for a Sponsor! The position is office based in Warsaw.
As a Start Up Specialist you will be responsible for:
The independent preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and amendments with sites and investigators in Poland
Preparation, review and approval of country related submission packages in accordance with ICH, GCP and all applicable regulations, laws and other guidelines and ethical standards
Developing and finalizing Master and Country Specific Information Sheets/Informed Consent Forms (SIS/ICFs)
Bachelor’s Degree or local equivalent and/or appropriate experience from the Medical/science background and/or discipline
Previous relevant experience in Site Contracts (experience in EC submissions is not required)
Experience and/or understanding of clinical study start up requirements and activities
Excellent written and spoken English
Competent computer skills
