Job Summary:

Summary of Main Job Description: Responsibilities include configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the Reserve Advisors Salesforce platform. To accomplish this you partner closely with the Sales Team, Client Service Team and Operational Support Team to understand business needs and provide automated solutions in support the organization delivering its client services


Main Purpose of Job:

Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on CRM

Solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions related to the platform utilized by the sales, client services, operational support and executive management
Drive the innovative use of as a productivity tool and business platform. Be a company expert on back-end development of
Develop additional system functionality to drive sales team and contract management process efficiencies
Create/change screen layouts, dashboards, fields, business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements
Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as needed
Package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)
Set resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team (senior)
Demonstrate ability to influence business teams when deploying, launching or implementing changes on applications to leverage the best solutions

Preferred Qualifications: administration and customization
Advanced proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom apps and objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, filter logic, security, data management
Java script, Salesforce code, apex, and html code addon communication app (Conga) using fully integrated formulaic fields
Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, etc.
Demonstrable business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing


Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
SFDC Administrator Certification
Expertise with Salesforce Customer Communities, Lightning Process Builder and Visual Flows
Operational Support experience; Clear understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by ServiceCioud experience

Particular Skill Required:

Desire to lead an organization through its heavily integrated cross functional applications which include multiple server platforms within a Windows 12 OS environment using desktop applications including Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and webbased CRM
Are creative, curious and energized when designing and executing process optimization and real time sales performance enhancement.
