A leading CRO with an extensive portfolio of clients, including exclusive agreements with high-profile sponsors is seeking a CRA II or Senior CRA with strong experience in Oncology, to monitor projects predominantly within this therapeutic area (though you may also monitor across other areas/indications).

Key Accountabilities:

- Perform monitoring visits in accordance with the monitoring plan
- Perform site visits in accordance with ICH-GCP and company SOP's
- Build strong relationships with site staff and investigators
- Act as a mentor and role model to more junior CRA's
- Participate in investigator meetings where required
- Perform co-monitoring visits with less experienced CRA's
- May also assume Lead CRA responsibilities for certain studies as assigned

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate that they have extensive clinical monitoring experience and have an in depth knowledge of EMEA and ICH-GCP requirements. A Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree within a science related field or alternative healthcare qualification is required and you must hold a full valid driving license with excellent English language skills and the right to work in the UK. Oncology monitoring experience would be highly advantageous.
