Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer on behalf of our client, a global contract manufacturer.


Our client, a global contract manufacturer, now have a vacancy for a Process Engineer
This is a full time, permanent role.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for introducing new products, compiling standard specifications and monitoring production to specifications.
  • Execute projects relating to new products- continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and line extensions.
  • Process optimization of existing methods using statistical techniques.
  • Troubleshoot processing problems.
  • Solve customer related issues, closeout internal quality and CAPA actions.
  • Responsible for coordinating documentation within Production and Technical areas. (In accordance with relevant ISO requirements)  

Level 7 or Level 8 Diploma (preferably in Plastics Engineering)

3-4 years' experience in injection molding industry

Excellent knowledge of injection molding tooling and design

Customer service experience

Knowledge of SPC and DOE

Strong knowledge of 6 Sigma Methodology
