Sr Clinical Scientist, highly ethical organization, M4 Corridor - £65-85K basic plus bens

The company will support and consider applicants from outside the M4 corridor, who want to relocate but this role can be easily reached by anyone in South Bucks, Berks, Hants, West London, or Middlesex. The role is based close to the M4/M40/M25 West.

I am seeking an individual who would like to work with a well-known in his field, MD, on the EU development of pipeline products and line extensions clinical indications, with specific assigned projects in all phases of development.

My client is seeking an individual who puts the patient in mind, as they develop the protocols and thinking behind the regulatory and clinical submissions, and has a way of showing this by how they operate the CROs supporting their trials, ie, with care and respect for the individual, as their target patient segments have a set of particular specialist needs not common in clinical studies, we will explain more when you apply.

The company offers interesting EU-focused work, but within global project teams, which will also include international studies (ie, EU plus Emerging and ROW Markets).

The company is profitable and a divestment from a larger company, with a very specific mission for their patients akin to some of the more orphan drug companies we saw grow in the 2000s but with a much larger patient segment.

The MD and matrix line manager will provide support and coaching to you, to help you develop. You will have around 6-8 years in clinical, of which 3-4 must be in clinical science (less if you have a PhD or MSc). The therapy area is neuroscience, but this is not psychiatry or seizure. You may have CNS or Neuro, or alternatively have wider TA experience including CV / Respiratory, Metabolism, or even Oncology. If your background has been gained with a CRO, or with a pharmaceutical company we would like to hear from you.
