Would suit anyone with previous Contracts Management experience derived from either a Pharmaceutical or FMCG background.
RBW Consulting are currently working very closely with a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based in Berkshire who are experiencing fantastic growth.
Our prestigious end client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to help support the team with the strategic and operational creation and management of contracts.
Provide management to a series of direct reports and additional staff within the Contract Management team
Provide technical direction and guidance and other Contract Management team members on contract management issues.
Motivate, mentor, train and develop direct reports and other Contract Management staff.
Assist direct reports and other Contract Management staff in the negotiation of signature documents.
Provide guidance to Contract Management team on issue resolution and trouble shooting.
Provide final review and execution of signature documents in accordance with the Contract Management review guidelines.
Identify new departmental processes and improvements required to existing departmental processes.
Manage development and implementation of processes.
Assist the leadership team on contract management strategic initiatives.
Perform contract management tasks on high complexity or strategic client projects as required. .
Ideally you will be educated to degree level, hopefully within Business or Life Science. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent working knowledge within a contract management specific role including demonstrable supervisory experience.
