Evolve Selection have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic and market leading healthcare company who specialise within the Diabetes market. If you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment, then this position may be for you. This role is to cover maternity leave, and the purpose is to position our client’s brand as the brand of choice through clinical and medical differentiation selling in GP Practices and Diabetes Clinics.

The purpose is to position our client’s brand as the brand of choice through clinical and medical differentiation selling in GP Practices and Diabetes Clinics.
You will have current primary care sales experience gained within the last 2 years
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
You will be target driven
Have the ability to deliver long last professional relationships with internal and external customers
Experience within the Diabetes market is preferable
Have a strong customer focus
A strong proven track record in commercialising products
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business
Must live on territory
Ensure that sales call rates are achieved and target customers are seen at the correct frequency.
Deliver structured, consistent sales calls to target customers.
Ensure that key product and marketing messages are reinforced at every call using appropriate current materials.
Routine and consistent analysis of the territory business using market share data, weekly KPI reports, campaign reports and system placement data.
Quarterly review of territory business plan with line manager formulating in specific key action plan.
Ensure all systems are placed in accordance with the business plan.
Manage administrative functions in compliance with standard deadlines, to include call reporting, customer orders, monthly reporting, planning and expenses.
Ensure knowledge and that all relevant company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
Active participation in own personal development, maintaining high clinical knowledge levels, use of the self-coaching framework, also thorough ownership of the individual development plan.
