Quality Assurance Representative UK & ROI
Salary: Negotiable plus Bonus and benefits package
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company who are extensively recognised for their involvement within diseases and medicine are now looking for a Responsible Person who can preserve an integrated quality system for the company through governance metrics and processes. A Quality professional who has good leadership skills and thrives under a role that provides plenty of variety through a constantly changing working environment.
Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to)
*Upkeep an integrated system to oversee all relevant compliance/quality activities within GMP, GDP, GDP, GPP through supremacy metrics and processes.
*Experience that allows you to act as a Responsible Person under the Wholesalers Dealers Licence for the UK & ROI and supervise quality associated aspects of the UK & ROI distribution chain.
*Manage a quality plan fixated on constant enhancement of affiliate compliance/quality operations.
*Support Global Quality Assurance audits and the affiliate audit strategy for internal and external audits.
*Deliver quality oversight of external parties, suppliers or other agreements (e.g. brand investments , co-promotions and distribution)
*Guarantee a system is in place to manage physician-sampling programs conferring to product quality requirements, containing record retention, return of samples recalls of samples, accountability and distribution of physician samples to health professionals.
*Support the Quality Leader in the steadfastness of product quality related matters with the external 3rd parties, affiliate management, regulators corporate quality management, external 3rd parties as appropriate.
*Recognised knowledge in the understanding and submission of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution (GDP) regulations.
*Aptitude to network broadly across an organisation and guide senior management in the affiliate and corporately.
*Practical experience of managing quality systems and product quality related issues
*Science graduate or equivalent
*Knowledge of Wholesale dealers licence requirements
