Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist respiratory and Cardiac CRO and the Director of Business Development will be tasked with managing existing accounts as well as growing the business within Europe for 90%, Israel and Australia 10%


Established position to help expand new business,  whilst maintaining existing key accounts within Europe, Australia and Israel.  As a Director Business Development you must be commercially focused and have the ability to manage mid-sized accounts across the region.

This position will require, drive, management skills and spirit as well as proficiency in all types of communication with both staff and customers. This is a fast paced and dynamic role which will showcase your skills in the best possible way.

You will be expected to travel to meet with clients, as well as conferences. The split for the regions is circa 90% clients in Europe and 10% clients in Australia and Israel.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience of  sales consulting experience, cardiac safety experience, exposure to formal sales and advanced training in sales skills.
  • You must be self-motivated and possess excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • Experience with technical writing a plus as well as creating clear and usable documentation
  • The ability to plan and coordinate work to meet goals     
  • Accomplished with technical terminology, technology and web based application.
  • Capable with Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, power point and google applications.
  • Be able to conduct teleconferences and remote presentations ( Webex)
  • Strength with coordinating and interacting with international clients and remote teams a bonus.
  • Superb analytical skills, experience in designing and or applying software solutions to business process challenges.  
  • Familiarity computer usage in web based environment and exposure to clinical data management applications and or concepts.
  • UK based position, you will be expected to be in the office when required.
