Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new team build opportunity to work with a highly dynamic and supportive pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Cardiology and Respiratory markets. These new, progressive roles will be working as Primary Care Specialists across various territories as detailed below:
Territories and Therapies Available
Leicestershire & Lincolnshire – Cardiology
Greater Manchester – Cardiology
Minimum of 18 months’ proven success in a similar Primary Care focused role
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Principles of Account Management
Understanding of the NHS organisation, priorities and networks
ABPI qualification (understanding and adherence)
Therapy area knowledge and brand strategies
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Deliver sales and business objectives, working productively with team members in line with marketing/operational strategy within an agreed budget
Develop, implement and monitor high quality account plans. Excellent at customer relationship management.
Communicates on a regular basis with Regional Operations Manager, colleagues and other key stakeholders in order to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
Demonstrates full accountability for understanding and adherence to industry and company policies and procedures
Responsible for attaining high levels of product, competitor, therapy area and environmental knowledge of promoted lines.
Responsible for attaining a high level of selling skills in line with the company selling model
Responsible for upholding the professional image of our client at all times
Demonstrates high quality selling skills in all customer interactions.
