SynteractHCR is an international CRO located in EU, RUS, US and South America. As we are growing we are looking for a committed person to join our Medical Writers Team in Germany to provide services for international Clinical Trials. We offer you a challenging and rewarding job opportunity in a fast moving, flexible environment and a highly motivated team.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Main task of the role: writing, reviewing  and editing of clinical trial reports and protocols (interpretation of statistical results from clinical trials)
  • Writing and reviewing of SOPs
  • Performing peer and quality control reviews on documents developed by other writers
  • Preparing scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters
  • Reviewing scientific literature, product information and evaluate product data from a clinical trial standpoint
  • Primary contact for medical writing projects for client and project team
  • Keeping abreast of professional information and technology, industry practices an regulatory guidance affecting medical writing through attendance at conferences or professional meeting
  • Translating clinical study documents

Your Profile

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or medical degree
  • a must is: 3+ years experience as a medical writer in a CRO or Pharma and study related environment (clinical trials study reports and protocols)
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and experience, knowledge and understanding of ICH guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Team player with ability of working independently and being pro-active
  • Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines or pressure and on several projects at the same time
  • A keen eye for detail and quality
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint and effective verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent English language skills, good German language skills (written and oral), one of them ideally native
