A Territory Manager is required to work with a global medical device company specialising in minimally invasive instruments. Experience working as a Territory Manager or Sales Rep focusing on minimally invasive surgical instruments is essential. The most suitable Territory Manager will have a strong background in theatre sales, preferably with minimally invasive/ laparoscopic instruments.

JOB SUMMARY

Experience working as a Territory Manager or Sales Rep focusing on minimally invasive surgical instruments is essential. The most suitable Territory Manager will have a strong background in theatre sales, preferably with minimally invasive/ laparoscopic instruments.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION
• Driving sales within the Territory through maximising existing relationships and developing new ones.
• Build strong relationships with key hospital employees including surgeons and nurses.
• Recognizing key decision makers and building
• In depth product knowledge and the desire to become a product champion.
• Ability to offer technical support and aftercare on products is essential.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a hospital rep/ territory manager position.
• Solid understanding of minimally invasive surgical instruments/ laparoscopic instruments.
• Strong network within New Zealand especially with Surgeons.
• Local experience of the NZ healthcare system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to develop new relationships and manage existing relationships effectively.
