We are seeking a Key Account Manager to deliver on the Respiratory indications for Xolair. The territory is as below:

South Central; Oxford, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to drive sales for Xolair within secondary care. This is a business critical and highly visible role within the organisation responsible for leading on the delivery of an exciting respiratory campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing, implementing and monitoring Key Account plans
• Make recommendations to Patient access Managers on account resource allocation to best support Account Plans based on business analysis
• Identify, develop and mobilise KOLs utilising medical development advisors where appropriate, to support Novartis products in secondary care and CCGs or similar outputs that result in positive sales climate for Novartis products in both secondary care
• To develop, maintain and share an excellent standard of specialist knowledge, enabling environmental assessment, intelligence and liaison to facilitate competitive advantage when positioning Novartis products
• To comply with appropriate regulations, monitor, review and report key metrics and market feedback.

#LI-P Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have:

• Respiratory or Dermatology experience preferred but not essential
• High cost drug product experience ideally
• Secondary Care experience
• Proven account planning and/or matrix management experience
• Commercial acumen and awareness
• Analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of NHS – structure, strategy and funding
