Job Summary:

We are currently looking to strengthen our Patient Recruitment team in Europe and are seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist II.

A brief summary of duties you will be involved in are:

Develops Patient Recruitment documents, tools, tactics and strategies. Retention materials aimed at patients, caregivers, clinicians and advocacy groups.
Responsible for ongoing management of study. Vendor selection and management.
Participates and contributes to both internal and external project team meetings-keeping concise/contemporaneous updates on Patient Recruitment progress.
Budget oversight-performs tasks within hours budgeted, identifies and communicates all out of scope activities and escalates accordingly.
Trains CRA/Investigator teams and attends, presents at Investigator Meetings.


To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience:

BA/BS in the life sciences, marketing, communications, business administration, related discipline, or equivalent education and experience. 

Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization.

In-depth knowledge and application of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.

Excellent communication skills (written/oral). Effective presentation skills. Ability to handle Q&A in multiple settings and cultures. Understanding of study protocols and regulatory processes.
