As an ICE Insight Manager you will benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on the best KPIs to track. You will develop reporting to monitor the agreed KPIs and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy. You will develop advanced analytics products providing actionable business insight by leveraging varied datasets. Requirements:

As an ICE Insight Manager you will benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on the best KPIs to track. You will develop reporting to monitor the agreed KPIs and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy. You will develop advanced analytics products providing actionable business insight by leveraging varied datasets. These objectives will be achieved by working in close collaboration with your analytics colleagues, the IT support function and the business functions.

You will have direct and demonstrable experience in the following technical areas:
• previous experience with Adobe Analytic platform or similar
• previous experience on various analytical techniques including time series analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis, predictive modelling techniques and decision trees
• previous experience with R
• previous experience in data extraction and manipulation, in particular with SQL
• previous experience in visualizing results and creating reports in particular with Tibco Spotfire or similar

Communication is an important aspect of the job as you will need to provide leadership and trusted support across the business by being able to place marketing performance into context. For this reason you will need to have the ability to understand requirements and present data back to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
