We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to work for our client, a small Biotech company located in Belgium. This organization develops drugs based on human antibodies for orphan / rare diseases (oncology and immunology).
Duties & Responsibilities
•Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of assigned studies to ensure completion per established project team goals and objectives in compliance with applicable GCP/ICH guidelines and other regulatory requirements
•Manage and lead cross-functional study teams, including vendors (CRO’s)
•Provide accurate and up-to-date study information and provide regular updates of study progression
•Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during study conduct; manage escalation of study-related issues
•Implement appropriate systems, standards and processes (SOP’s) to ensure quality at the level of investigative sites, vendors and data
•Selection of study vendors (sites & patients)
•Effectively manage interactions with vendor study team
•Oversee the clinical aspects of timely data cleaning, data analysis and the availability of top line results
•Minimum 10 years of experience as Clinical Project Manager
•Preferably experience in biotech industry
•Preferably experience in the fields of oncology and immunology
•Preferably experience with antibody / protein therapies
•Candidates may have a maximum of one hour commuting time to the office.
•1 FTE (0.8 possible)
•Office-based minimum three days
•Candidates should like to help with building the organization
