This role is an important part of a small international team that manages our clinical vendors at PRA Health Sciences. Effective management of vendors is a critical aspect of controlling quality and overall risk in successful full-service clinical trial management. We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join the team in a newly created role and support with:

  • General administrative activities for Directors, Managers and Analysts within the Clinical Vendor Management team
  • Organising team meetings
  • Maintaining the CVM intranet page to ensure information is up to date and consistent for all vendors
  • Preparing vendor checklists following confirmation of new study awards and liaising with Project Managers to finalise the list of vendors required for studies
  • Coordinating CVM newsletters
  • Preparing monthly vendor win/loss reports using publisher, sales force and CTMS
  • General administration support for meetings, documents, presentations etc.
  • Collating and presenting departmental metrics
  • Updating CTMS and trackers for vendor quotes and contracts
  • Supporting CVM analysts with requests for quotes and contracts as and when required
  • Maintaining the tracker of CVM governance activities
  • Assisting with filing CVM documentation in Webtop to ensure completeness and consistency for all vendors

Desired skills and qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail and be extremely PC literate (advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential – particularly Microsoft Excel). You will be tenacious, have high standards of quality with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and multi task. Administrative experience gained within a CRO is preferred. Fluency in English is essential.
