Requirements:

Overview 

The Service Desk Administrator III is responsible for delivering end-to-end support in accordance with Information Technology (IT) Service Level Agreements. By partnering with end-users and technology groups, the specialist ensures all incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes. The Service Desk Administrator III will serve as a technical and operational point of contact and resource to other service desk team members; troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems by providing workarounds or solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 3 technical troubleshooting support, including diagnostic approaches, determining root causes and identifying solutions.
  • Assist Level II with responsibilities when needed
  • Review procedures for improvements
  • Knowledge management – maintain documentation for systems
  • Provide subject matter export technical support for services owned by the Service Desk
  • Assist with IT projects
  • Train, coach and mentor Service Desk Level 1/2

Qualifications

 

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 5+ years’ related experience to include service desk and customer relations experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience is acceptable.
  • Current ITIL certification

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in an ITIL Framework
  • Microsoft technology stack including Windows 7, Windows 2003-2012 Server, MS
  • Active Directory administration
  • Mobile device management including Apple and Android devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and writing skills; English + local language, if relevant.
