 I am currently partnering with a rapidly growing medium sized CRO who offer life changing training and development opportunities. This is a sought after company with amazing training and development, offering clear path progression and very competitive salaries; this is an opportunity you do not want to miss out on!

Over the years they have successfully developed strong relationships with key players throughout the world in many indications, giving them the great reputation they have today.

The structure of their project management allows the clinical trial management team to focus fully on operational execution of the project, versus spending excessive time on project financial tracking
The CTM position performs as project lead for multi service clinical trials (some global in scope)
The position interacts with sponsors and manages the timeline and all project deliverables, giving you the opportunity to be a key player in delivering the project successfully
CTMs are also responsible for leading a team of CRAs and managing project coordinators

This is something fresh from the standard project management role and gives you the opportunity to be fully intergrated in the trials.

Preferrably 2 years as CTM or Project Managment and if you have experience in oncology, cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, infectious disease, and CNS, this is a huge bonus. My client will also consider very SENIOR CRA'S for this position if they portrayed great leadership skills!
