Our global leader is looking for 4 new sales commercial professionals to join their expanding team within Vaccines.  Not your everyday vaccines…these are specialist and link closely to other therapy areas!

 

  • The Implementation Lead is a key customer facing role within the Vaccines Business Unit
  • The purpose of the role is to achieve maximise immunisation program uptake, working cross functionally as agreed with the Business Unit Leadership Team
  • The Implementation Lead will have shared accountability for the strategic planning side of the business at territory level
  • They will be responsible for full implementation of those plans by working closely with internal stakeholders and developing high quality business plans based on local business, environmental and customer needs

This is a non-direct selling role as its nationally tendered, but more of a maximising the uptake and really thinking outside the box and using strategy to achieve uptake.

The role will not have a sales target bonus plan and will have a Head Office bonus but will be field based.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in the vaccines sector is a must
  • Previous success in developing business opportunities and realising targets
  • Knowledge of NHS payor, procurement and distribution organisations and stakeholders relevant to Vaccines
  • Candidates MUST live on one of these particular territories, candidates outside these need not apply.
