REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER - ONCOLOGY - N ENGLAND / SCOTLAND / N IRELAND

They play a pioneering role in personalised healthcare and provides the first products that are tailored to the needs of specific patient groups within both pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. They have a enviably rich pipeline of products and are much admired by those both within and outside of the pharmaceutical industry.
Reporting to the National Business Leader, this role will lead a team of 7 Hospital Sales Specialists to launch to 2 new innovative products and work closely with other functions to maximize opportunities in a dynamic environment. You will develop a culture of high performance and coaching, motivating regional teams to deliver defined business objectives.
Managing the region within budget, you will recruit, develop and train high calibre individuals to achieve optimal team performance and ensure compliance at all times.
They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland to develop and lead the implementation of the regional launch plan for the Oncology Franchise. The ideal incumbent will have a science degree and demonstrable success of first line management of sales within a specialised hospital environment. Ideally you will have experience of launching a product in a sales management role.
With an in-depth knowledge of the ABPI code, you will show effective performance management in line with Roche principles to ensure delivery of a high performing team.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, budgetary control, advanced coaching and training experience and be proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
