About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and scale-up of the manufacturing of a new and novel mechanical patch pump for the delivery of insulin.

You will be an experienced engineer with knowledge of medical device validation to a significant capital investment. You’ll enjoy working with a global multi-disciplinary team across the US and Europe and enjoy travelling to supplement this exciting project.

Your knowledge of process, mechanical or controls engineering will invaluable to your colleagues as you support the execution of test protocols and generation of technical documentation in support of validation activities

Other key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

-          Approve/modify design documentation

-          Analysing components of medical devices to ensure continuous quality

-          Liaise with internal and external partners (both overseas and remotely)

-          Travel within US and Europe for frequent periods

-          Validation activities, including factory acceptance testing (FAT) of new automations

Ideally, you will hold a degree in an engineering discipline and have a keen interest in automation systems, design and build and not be fazed by a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
