As a Contracts Associate you will be working as part of an international team of attorneys and contract professionals responsible for the drafting, negotiating, and processing of agreements with PRA’s clients, vendors, and subcontractors. This position presents the opportunity for successful candidates to receive training in clinical trial contracting and to develop skills that open possibilities for a long-term career path within the clinical research industry. Responsibilities in this position include:
The contracting activity supported by this team is fast-paced, with short deadlines and quick turnaround times. Therefore, the candidates must be capable of managing their workload and priorities so as to meet business requirements in a timely fashion. While experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry will always be favorably considered, candidates need not have direct experience in clinical contracting activities, but must present the skills and aptitude to undertake the preparation and negotiation of complex agreements.
