Clinical Project Coordinator. Permanent role, office based in Stevenage, Herts.
Novella Clinical, a Quintiles company, is a global, full service CRO with UK offices based in Hertfordshire. We have a vacancy for a Project Coordinator (CTA) to work in our Project Management department.
This role would suit applicants with at least 6 - 12 months prior experience in a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) type role
The main responsibilities of this role are to provide project related support to Project Managers and other project team members from the proposal development through final deliverable of a project. This includes the provision of administrative support such as agenda and minute documentation, monthly reports, shipping, filing, tracking, and status summarisation as appropriate and participation and assistance in the planning and creation of client and investigator meetings and related materials.
Our ideal candidate will have a science degree and at least 6 months prior CTA experience. They will have a good knowledge of the clinical research process and extensive working experience of Microsoft Office applications. Candidates must have good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritising their work in a busy environment.
This is a full time, permanent position which is office based in Stevenage, Herts. It offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
