I am retained by an exciting biopharmaceutical company, specializing in Rare Disease, on the appointment of an Associate Director, Health Outcomes (EMEA) to lead Patient Reported Outcomes, Real World Evidence and Epidmiological initiatives across marketed and pipeline products. A brand new role for the organisation this exciting opportunity is a chance for candidates with a strong knowledge of Outcomes Research and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) to join a growing team focused on the development of life changing treatments.
Based from London, UK (relocation considered) and reporting to the Director of Market Access, this role will lead the design, development and implementation of patient reported & outcomes research initiatives to aid in value demonstration. You will work extensively with Market Access, Health Economics, Marketing and Patient Advocacy teams.
You should be adept in developing key relationships with clinicians, KOL’s and patient groups to support the smooth running of bespoke studies. In addition you will be expected to manage third party supplier relationships.
Working in a small team, dedicated to delivering innovative medicines to patients suffering from rare diseases, this role will suit a proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced and innovative environment. You will lead both overall research strategy as well as hand on implementation. Rare disease experience is preferred however not a pre-requisite, and candidates with a consulting or industry background are considered.
