I am looking for an ambitious AND capable regulatory Senior Manager or Associate Director, with some people management experience, who has strong technical and scientific skills (but an individual who was to stay hands on but be managing a work stream through the team) to manage a team of 6 FTEs.
You will be leading the lifecycle strategies for a product with 3 line extension new indications plus a multitude of changes which I will explain on application, for one of the company’s best performing drugs, a blockbuster, and a product with around 6-8 indications, in development or in market / current registration.
This is a 'lead the specialists and managers role', but you will be able to step in and take on specific projects or topics for this molecule, so it is likely you will have registered drugs in Europe or co-led registrations in Europe, have managed complex lifecycle plans for existing products and know how coach and mentor the next tier of regulatory professionals.
As the product is a major one, you will be very visible in this role, with strong connections to the business, including the therapy regulatory and commercial teams and the GRL assigned to this product (who is responsible for the strategy not the people). You will be someone who gains a great deal of satisfaction in watching the regulatory staff develop their breadth and depths of skills and this combines with the planning and resource allocation process in this company, to find opportunities for personal development of your team (which includes EU RLs) and give clear accountability and visibility.
That said, my client wants an individual who will one to one coach, review and provide step wise support for major milestones and procedures in the group, while balancing the wantingness to give the individual the space to grow in to the achievement.
You will be willing to work in mainland Europe for this role, but in return you will benefit from a strong package, including a full relocation for you and your family, which will include if you are moving to this country, a tax reduction package, schooling, car with petrol card, bonus, stock plan and 38+10 days off a year.
