Our client has an extensive product range within the Neuromodulation market in Med Tech. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across the South of the UK. This role involves working within a highly specialised therapy area selling mainly to Neurologists and Neurosurgeons. The candidate will be required to distinguish between the different customer needs / values and utilise a wide range of sales tactics.
Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Med Tech organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Neuromodulation market. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across the South of the UK. This role involves working within a highly specialised therapy area selling mainly to Neurologists and Neurosurgeons. The candidate will be required to distinguish between the different customer needs / values and utilise a wide range of sales tactics.
A proven track record in medical device sales is crucial for this role.
Exceptional communication skills are absolutely crucial
A talent to understand the key difference when conversing with a patient vs selling to a customer is fundamental in this role.
General knowledge of med tech industry practices, techniques and standards.
Ideally experienced within Deep Brain Stimulation
Preferably based in or around London
Experience working in operating theatres is highly advantageous although not critical for this role.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry.
Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with their Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of their Manager.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimise available tools (consignment, etc.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote our client’s products and services.
Analyse and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly, quarterly and yearly basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
