My client is looking for a high calibre CRA with experience in various therapeutic areas, trials and studies. They have a great foundation in the clinical industry and due to business wins they are planning to grow over the next 3 - 4 years and are dedicated to the growth of their people. The right candidate will serve partly as main contact to the client for assigned investigative sites and will be a key figure within the network for various stages of interesting and important trials. This role may require some basic Regional PM responsibilities due to the nature of the company.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform site visits and monitor activities in accordance with protocol, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Mentor CRAs on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolution.
Use expertise and judgment to identify and resolve complex site issues and deficiencies in documentation, communication, and the need for additional training.
Assess and ensure overall integrity of study and adherence to guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
Evaluate overall performance of site and site staff.
Ensure compliance and understanding of study requirements by site staff.

Experience Needed:

Life Science Degree
Minimum of 3 years independent monitoring in a CRO of Pharmaceutical setting
Confidence in mentoring and developing Junior CRAs
Good GCP knowledge
Strong mixture of therapeutic areas is ideal but not essential
