As our Site Contract Management operation expands, we are looking for a Contracts Manager to be based at our Budapest office. You will take line management responsibility for a team of approximately twelve to twenty Contracts Associates based locally, focusing on managing the resources within the team innovatively and effectively, providing training and development opportunities to the team, handling quality issues and supporting the delivery of the overall KPI’s. Other tasks will include ensuring training compliance and contributing to the recruitment process (interviewing, onboarding etc).
Desired skills and qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree, ideally in a Para-legal field. You will have considerable experience in Clinical Trial Agreement negotiation, a good knowledge of ICH GCP and an awareness of the relevant local regulations regarding drug research and development. Alternatively, you will have transferable experience from a similar role in a different industry. You must be adaptable, self-motivated and have demonstrated team management skills. Fluency in English is required.
