Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities of the position

• Set up a sales plan based on the national sales plan, and define the sales activities for the rayon.
• Actively and effectively manage relationships with customers and prospects, in order to conclude (long-term) contracts.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities, trends/developments and customer needs within STBE, in order to attract new customers or to strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Give advice, guidance and support to customers and prospects regarding

• Proactively identify sales opportunities, trends/developments and customer needs within STBE, in order to attract new customers or to strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Give advice, guidance and support to customers and prospects regarding commercial potential for client's products/services.
• Create clear agreements with the customer on price, delivery and payment conditions, within the established framework.
• Timely and accurate processing information in the CRM system. This includes developments and changes in relationships with existing customers and introducing new customer data.
• Customer training on Cadcam software.

• Participate in periodic sales team meetings.
• Share best practices with colleagues
• Collect and provide information on sales activities and progress on target achievement to management.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant working experience in a commercial environment
• Experience with CADCAM systems.
• Dental technician
• Commercial insight
• Good knowledge of the market and Straumann products and services
• Good knowledge of customer information systems, customer information and the competition in the market in the rayon
• Being able to work on operational level in a matrix organization
• Good command of MS Office
• Good command of the French and English language spoken and written. Command of the Dutch language is an advantage.

Remuneration & other details

Permanent contract with our client.
Gross salary, benefits as company car, fuel card, insurance and bonus.
