We are currently recruiting for a market leading medical devices organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Regional Sales Manager within the Electrophysiology market. This exciting role will be working across the South of the UK.
The core objective of this role is to support the Country Sales Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the EP Division covering the South. To aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning and people
You will be a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager with minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Medical Device industry.
Experience working within the EP marketplace is not essential but preferred
A proven track record in man management
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Responsible for the delivery and execution of the Division’s Sales and Marketing Strategy within their region.
Coaches and develops their team to deliver matrix selling approach in complex account negotiations.
Coaches their team to develop business plans and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and collaborate with Therapy Representatives to maximize Pull Through.
Coaches their team to build strategic relationships (internally and externally) beyond the clinical customer to become a trusted partner.
Monitors business performance and achieves profitable goals by carefully managing operational expenditure (OPEX) through specified processes, systems and tools.
Drives successful regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, cross divisional relationships and collaborative relationships with other functions and regions.
May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organisational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organisation.
Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organisational objectives.
May direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).
