Exciting opportunity to join a world leader in their quest to expand their Belgium region to the capacity of their other countries Worldwide. Due to expansion they are looking for an exceptional and dynamic Sales Engineer to support the sales manager in growth and business development. The role will be responsible for total sales in the territory and will require a hunter who is driven and results orientated with a flair for working independently and remotely.
Home-based in Belgium as well as enjoying extensive travel, the Sales Engineer will need to be entrepreneurial in spirit with a hands on attitude. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have experience in a comparable function and pocess a commercial and academic background.
You will represent the company in promotional activities (symposia and exhibitions) in Belgium and the Netherlands when needed as well as coordinate product demonstrations/ presentations at customers and responsible for the commercial follow-up for customer satisfaction of delivered systems/products.
3-5 years’ experience in sales
Commercial and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Dutch/Flemish and French language (written and spoken)
Excellent negotiation skills
Living in central Belgium and Home-Based with 1day a week in HQ
As a plus, familiarity with cGMP,/FDA/GAMP guidelines.
Passionate, Driven and a Hunter.
The ability to travel.
Lifescience or biotechnology background
