Job Summary:

Service Manager - Earn up to £296 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £384 per day (LTD)Our Global Pharmaceutical Client, a FTSE 100 Company, is looking for a Service Manager for 6 months to join their team in Middlesex, to manage existing UK/US Statement of Work and Outsourced Complementary Worker service desk, including issue resolution leadership, change implementation and continuous improvement of service.


Key Responsibilities:

Service Manager – Earn up to £296 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £384 per day (LTD)

* Manage existing UK/US Statement of Work and Outsourced Complementary Worker service desk
* Provide leadership to issue resolution
* Implement change to current business processes
* Ensure quality data to support the management of Complementary Workers across the business
* Drive standards
* Continuously improve service delivery
* Be responsible for end to end process
* Monitor exceptions process
* Report on outcomes

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:


* Experience working with helpdesk type ticketing systems
* Familiarity with data analysis
* Customer service skills
* Experience of managing meetings


* Experience of Remedy
* Experience of Zendesk
