My Client, a highly successful and growing CRO, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The candidate will be office based, with flexibility to work from home, and will be an integral part of the clinical team. This company has grown rapidly in the past 5 years and due to this growth, have the scope to take on a Junior Project Manager. Responsibilities Include:

- You will be focusing on helping the client to bring new treatments onto the market.
- The right candidate will manage and report on the progress of a number of trials that the client are currently managing within Europe.
- Leading clinical trials and co-monitoring
- Assist in the successful design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans for assigned projects
- Contributing to the development and management of budgets, timelines and quality guidelines for projects
- Occasional travel into Europe


- You will hold a medical, life science degree or nursing equivalent.
- You should have previous experience as a Senior CRA (at least 5 years of independent monitoring) or Junior Project Manager in CRO of Pharma company
- You will have a proven track record in delivering clinical trial projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, be well motivated, able to work independently and with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to travel internationally is essential.
- Fluency in a second language will be an advantage but is not essential to this role.
- Full understanding of current ICH/GCP guidelines.
