Job Summary:

We have been instructed to recruit for an innovative and tenacious Territory Manager for a leading Healthcare company who have a range of products within the Enteral Feeding market. This position is working across Notts, Leic, Cambs, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk, and in this role you will be accountable for the overall territory sales within all hospital and community key accounts consequently achieving all agreed business objectives

We have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic and market leading Healthcare company who have a range of products within the Enteral Feeding market. If you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment as a Territory Manager across Notts, Leic, Cambs, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk, then this position may be for you. In this role you will be accountable for the overall territory sales within all hospital and community key accounts consequently achieving all agreed business objectives

Essential Requirements: 
Extensive sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrable successful sales record in challenging/ demanding market environments – ability to achieve and exceed goals
Demonstrate ability to map procurement and decision making processes in primary and secondary care
Track record in successfully securing formulary inclusion in acute/community setting
Standard level of computer literacy - Excel and PowerPoint
Developed level of sales data analytics 
Highly developed ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with target customers
Highly developed ability to communicate with healthcare professionals during clinical/product discussions
Highly developed knowledge of nutrition/pharmaceutical industry practices
Highly developed Influencing and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the Nutrition industry in the local market including products, competitor awareness, KOL’s Minimum standards (SOP) for FSF procedures e.g. Veeva CRM completion, HR processes
High level of knowledge of nutrition-related clinical therapy areas 
High level NHS environmental knowledge including the community setting and understanding of the customers
Knowledge of Competition Law and Bribery Act
Good understanding of the WHO Code and company instructions

Role Responsibilities:
Accountability for community sales achievement and business objectives
Accountability for promotional expenditure in target accounts to attain a return on investment
Develop a territory business plan to achieve sales goals, agreed milestones and implementation of the company marketing strategy
Analysis of sales data to identify sales potential and prioritisation of territory accounts - Measured by coverage of target customers in CRM cycle plans
Build long term, mutually beneficial relationships in order to positively impact on sales line
Attain formal endorsement for our client’s target nutrition lines, including primary care prescribing guidelines, pathways and formularies
Negotiate pricing agreements in line with NHSc guidelines
Facilitate attendance of KOLs at targeted educational events
Plan activity/effort to reflect priorities within the nutrition portfolio mix
