You will be working as a Commercial Procurement Manager, working in Secondary Care across South West England & South Wales. Our client is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who have the desire to develop a long-term career within their business. 

Essential Requirements: 
ABPI qualification required
Proven track record of developing positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within Secondary Care
Proven experience within healthcare development, marketing and/or market access 
Knowledge or previous experience in the device market e.g. hospital tendering/contracting.
Solid experience and understanding of Health Economic Modelling
Ability to demonstrate successful Pharma sales experience working across a broad range of customers within a local health economy, whilst driving and achieving sales performance against targets
Degree in health or business related subject or equivalent qualification or management qualification
Ability to operate at all hierarchical levels within NHS structures and effective stakeholder management engagement skills
Strong analytical, numerical, verbal, written and creative problem-solving skills

Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the introduction and successful usage of a post-operative pain management system across defined accounts.
Build agree and deliver ROI targets.
Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned geography through the implementation of market/selling strategies and solutions.
Develop, nurture and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs including physicians, medical staff and key hospital personnel.
Inputs actively into developing a strategy for relevant products.
Embrace an ongoing team learning approach, based on real-time knowledge and experience sharing.
Collaborates with peers and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are achieved.
Acts as an ambassador on behalf of the company. Presents a professional image and represents the company, products and people with integrity and respect.
Explore commercial procurement/tender opportunities for the products.

Highly competent in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, smart-sheet and CRM systems
Highly polished and confident presentation skills
Able to influence NHS staff at the highest levels
