Our client is an essential part of the UK Healthcare sector, they’re a company that makes a difference to millions of people’s lives, day in and day out. They have a leading portfolio of products across a broad range of therapy areas.

They are looking to recruit a commercially focussed Territory Sales Representative who is highly capable and proactive, ready to adapt and align to the changing needs and priorities of the evolving NHS.

The Role

The focus of the role is promoting an Anti – Coagulant into primary care and being able to identify opportunities and implement tactics to improve positioning and sales of our client’s medicines in formularies and local guidelines. It’s also around being able to identify emerging customers who will influence sales, whilst ensuring all promotional activities fall in line with the ABPI and our client’s Code of Practice. From organising and hosting clinical promotional sales meetings to individual customer meetings, your influence over the prescribers, influencers or decision makers in your territory will all contribute to sales targets.

Requirements

Educated to degree level with a proven track record in sales
At least 1 year field based experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
Ideally to hold the ABPI qualification
To be successful in this role you will need a strong analytical approach, selling skills and account management skills.
You need excellent organisation and planning skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
