Job Summary:

Our client are a global pharma company looking for a new manager to join them as a PV Audit Manager. Responsible conducting PV audits, auditing client affiliates, vendors and marketing system audits. Candidates must have worked as a PV Audit Manager in another role (although global level not required). It30-40% travel required.

  • This position will lead and participate in PV and device vigilance system audits at corporate and local offices for Pharma, generics, Medical Devices & consumer products, as well as other audit types within the audit program such as vendor (including Distributor) audits and verification audits, to ensure that the client products are meeting their regulatory PV/ vigilance requirements.
  • This position will be involved in development of procedures and tools for the PV/ vigilance audit programme, including risk planning, as required. The position may also be involved in the training and mentoring of junior auditors. 
  • In addition, the position will responsible for the provision of consultation and advice with respect to PV and device vigilance to the global safety organisation, the QP PV, and other relevant internal business partners.  Involvement in Heath Authority inspection preparation and facilitation is also anticipated.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with scientific training.
  • Proven PV/ GCP and device vigilance knowledge – appreciable experience of working within a relevant Audit function.
  • Proven understanding of pharmacovigilance and device vigilance related processes and systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of worldwide regulatory PV/GCP and device vigilance requirements.
  • Knowledge/understanding of the approach and perspectives of regulatory agencies.
