Business Admin Coordinator


The Business Admin Coordinator will support the day to day operations of the electronic inventory management system (SmartSupplies). Responsibilities will include but not limited to tasks related to interaction with system super users to resolve day to day challenges and issues and serving as a point of escalation for electronic inventory management system issues and concerns. You will support Global Clinical Supplies mini project teams as assigned member.


Qualifications

If you have:

•    Previous experience in system operation support or other experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
•    Experience with Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing, auditing, labeling and packaging
•    Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
•    Ability to teach team members and act as a liaison with other departments
•    Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
