Job purpose

The purpose of the role is to manage Sandoz’s patient support services –including:
1. Sandoz Homecare Support service
2. Homecare company performance and relationship management
3. Logistical management of patient support materials
4. Insights, knowledge and support projects

Key Responsibilities
•Ensure newly registered Homecare patients receive full and complete training and/or deliveries in line with agreed KPI’s in coordination with the homecare companies, NHS trusts and Key Account Managers
Manage customer telephone support line and email inbox as the established first point of contact. To manage and maintain control of patient tracker for HCP’s, including chasing homecare companies, in order to providing an efficient homecare package
? Provide a first point of contact for NHS customers for any queries/issues relating to homecare support for patients
? Developing close relationships with NHS users of Homecare and the Homecare providers through face-to-face visits as well as email/telephone interactions; to be the communication link between Stakeholders and able to manage a successful 3-way relationship between user, provider and Sandoz
? Homecare companies can be seen as an external representation of Sandoz and its products. This role will hold the providers to account for their services and support to patients and the NHS through monthly Review Meetings with Homecare providers - to review and track performance against KPIs, and to maintain strong working relationships between Sandoz, the NHS customers and these providers
• Managing and maintaining appropriate levels of supply of patient kits, through forecasting demand, working in collaboration with Supply Chain

#LI-P Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have
•Degree level (Life Sciences or Arts) or equivalent desirable.
•Experience of working with or for a homecare company as a customer service representative
•Highly organized with the ability to resolve deviations to required service levels from third parties
•Excellent customer service management skills both verbally and written communications
