~~Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Acts as Project Coordinator for:

Assigning Project codes, entering project information, and project financial information into Vision accounting.
 Generating project summaries (as required) and project plans in Vision if needed.
 Creating, finalizing and sending change orders to clients and updating Vision Project, Project Plan and financial information in Vision with changes to projects per change orders.

Maintains and manages Subcontractor and Supplier Agreements for C&C Europe.  Completes and manages Client requested Supplier surveys and questionnaires for C&C Europe.
 Produces contracts for subcontractors and coordinates and checks subcontractor invoices
 Maintains the quality documents for sub-contractors for C&C Europe
 Receives and direct calls, service personnel, and all paperwork in a confidential manner.
 Provides complex clerical assistance for client projects and team initiatives.
 Coordinates projects (project planning, draft issuing, final report follow up, project reviews, closure, archiving)
 Oversees invoice review and past due invoices with the project manager(s).
 Generates and updates reports, presentations, and projects plan
 Maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors and clients.
 Data entry and/or quality review of supports (formatting, typo, paging…).
Schedules appointments and travel arrangements, as requested.
 Coordinates Travel expense reports of the team with accounting in UK office as per SOPs
 Order articles, literature for the project team members
 Prepares CDs for clients when projects require
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Associate’s degree in a business field preferred.
 3 to 5 years related experience required.
 Type 35-45 wpm accurately.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
 Multi-lingual Speaker (preferred )

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
