A multinational contract manufacturer are looking for a Senior Engineer to join their North Dublin team.
Working with the Engineering team, you will develop and optimise manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of engineers in the Operations department as well as managing the implementation of projects to completion.
Lead team to specify, introduce, validate and continuously improve equipment and processes.
Introduce new production processes while also optimising existing processes.
URS development for new equipment.
Drive process improvements with focus on zero defects.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and suppliers.
Schedule, facilitate and attend internal meetings to establish business priorities and assign tasks.
Play a role in training and development of employees.
Coordinate development of documentation in line with ISO standards.
Excellent leadership and people management skills. Previous Supervisory or People Management experience required.
Experience with coaching, mentoring and performance management.
8 years' experience in injection moulding and/or high volume automated assembly processes.
Experience in Medical, Packaging or Technological industy.
Process validation experience.
Ability to analyse data, experience with statistical software and advantage.
Customer/supplier facing experience.
6 Sigma qualified.
Good understanding of injection moulding, automation and maintenance.
