Job Summary:

A large medical device company in the West of Ireland is looking for a Design Assurance Engineer to join their team.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Design Assurance Engineer on behalf of a Galway based medical device manufacturer.

Role:

Plan, conduct and execute design assurance activities
Work with product development dept. and client to establish specifications and product requirements.
Document all studies and reports to satisfy master verification plan.
Along with the engineering team, establish and review the design FMEA.
Support QA/RA activities including Quality Management, system reviews and audits.
Root cause investigations and analysis, implementation of CAPAs.

Requirements:

3-5 years' relevant experience
Degree or higher in Engineering
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of cross- functional team.
Willing to travel, if required, to meet with customers/project teams.
