Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Devices organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as an International Regional Sales Manager. This exciting role will be working from our client’s Head Office based in Essex and you will be responsible for the development of company business in the agreed territory, delivering sales revenues and margins as per agreed company objectives, briefing distributors, key accounts and KOL on company products.

Essential Requirements: 
In depth knowledge of market dynamics, the healthcare systems, customer needs and requirements.
Ability to recruit, train and motivate distributors to achieve objectives.
Promote effective working relationships with peer group, subordinates and Head Office colleagues ensuring open communication and effective use of computer linkage.
Can demonstrate leadership ability and a winning attitude.
Demonstrate structured analytical thinking and planning.
Delivers results, drives for continuous improvement.
Budget responsibility and accountability.
Ability to absorb information and conduct training.
Languages would be advantageous.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop existing accounts, realising the business potential.
Exploit the potential for new business that will involve appointing and motivating distributors, targeted at key customer segments.
Presenting to Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies with local distributors to develop long-term professional relationships.
Complete all administration in a timely and accurate manner.
Anticipate needs, develop alternative plans, assess and manage business risks as well as their implications in a professional manner.
Prepare and communicate accurate forecasts to enable effective business planning.
To undertake any such reasonable additional tasks as are deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
To be aware of the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and to ensure that any hazards and/or accidents are reported to a Health and Safety Representative as appropriate and to be aware of safety issues throughout the company.
