IT Service Desk Technician

 

Responsibilities:


Imagine yourself being a part of a team providing first line technical support to the wealth of professionals working for the company, giving them the assistance they need to remain productive and focused on their key goals and objectives. You will be managing issues from onset to resolution, supporting variety of systems and environments. You will be working alongside other Senior Technicians within the IT Service Desk to co-ordinate training initiatives and implement quality assurance standards.

If you are passionate about providing customers with a first-class service for their IT needs and have experience working in an IT support environment, then this is the opportunity for you. We are seeking reliable, flexible, highly motivated and skilled IT support professionals to join our organization in a call center services facility in Sofia.


Qualifications

Requirements:


• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suites and Outlook;
• Experience with Active Directory and remote troubleshooting of enterprise applications;
• Ability to write and speak English fluently;
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to draw solutions from many pieces of information.
